Blue bear has the worst games ever they make you pay for almost everything I think thats completely unfair and they should stop putting prices on everything. I hate Blue Bear

I think you should make a app thats funny like doing surgery on a unicorn and theres different unicorns you can unlock by getting enough points!!!then when your done you see the unicorn fly over a rainbow if you do this please give credit too me dr.unicorn u should name it crazy unicorn surgery!!! thanks for reading

Take out the more disgusting symptoms such as farting noises and laser to remove infectious eye crust

You should make a unicorn hospital so then little kids can learn how to take care of a UNICORN because UNICORNS are AMAZING!

For a free game this game is awesome! I think maybe a few things should be added like more symptoms and cures. But overall very fun and time killing!

Make a game that you have to do surgery and stuff to animals. Starter characters are Koko the Kitten, 2 months old, female, Sparkle the Unicorn, unknown age, female, and Meeper the Puppy, 3 months, male. Invent your own characters (e.g. Muffin the Chicken, etc.) and unlock new characters (and character textures) to use!! Please use my idea :3

In the game you get a set of tools that are given to you for free but then in order to actually finish you patent you have to buy more tools, plus you only get one person to work on unless you want to buy the other three! ):
