You have to buy everything, but it is a really fun game.

This is a epic game but for some reason in my moms phone i got full version but in my iphone 5C everything is not free

The game is okay you dont get funny reactions out of the free characters you have to pay $4.00 for characters. But it gives you something to do I guess.

Seriously I dont like the fact that you have to pay for the rest of the stuff. Its a childrens game and they get disappointed when they cant play the rest of the game. One star is perfect for this game.

I give this game a two star because you have to unlock all the characters and half the tools.When you put those things aside of rating,it would be a perfect five star rating.Thats all!

I love this game but I have deleted it because it got annoying because your need to spent like 5$ on it. I get that you need money but you have other games! You dont need to be blood thirsty for money

its ok when I play I have the first first aid kit i play with but the secend one you need to BYE it $2. 99 $4.99 and $9.99 that is not a fun game so if you can CHANGE THAT PROBLOM and your othe games do that too.

I only gave it three stars because the game is free in the App Store but you are limited to what you can do in the game and plus you have to pay

It has a store I went to get everything for 4.99 I pressed on it it says "swipe down with 2 fingers to continue". I had money for it.

Look Im 11 years old, I let my little cousin play on this game because I never play on it. So, I game him it and he played for a bit. He accidentally bought it for 5 dollars !!!!!!! Horrible stupid the worst game ever made in history

Very awesome, but could be better because you have to buy stuff. Only 2 characters for free.
